I have a visit to Brunei’s job for three days, of course the capital city – Bandar Seri Begawan, is a city that I looked. In this working visit, In this working visit, I’ve really wanted to shoot landscape photos, so I brought my Nikon D3 DSLR camera and my two lens, they are AFS 24-70mm f/2.8 and 14-24mm f/2.8 AFS. Not many spots of the location I can choose, so I just move around the city’s main mosque.
Upon returning to the hotel from the office, I had walked around the location around the mosque and tried to walk into the village with houses and school location on the river. About almost 100 camera shots I have made. When the sun is still visible and sunny weather, a shot I did with 24-70mm f/2.8 lens. When sunset, I do with the 14-24mm f/2.8 lens and I just rely on the fence around the mosque as the holder so as not to shake the camera, because I did not bring a tripod.
This time I also tried to shoot in the direction opposite the sun sets, when the blue hours, it’s amazing shots with the blue sky, with the lights of mosques and buildings in the urban environment; coupled with the reflection of the lights on the surface of the river water around the mosques .
Personally, I like my photos this time. Enjoy the picture,
